In this course, you will learn gentle and effective releases that combine effortlessly with Shiatsu techniques, helping to address even seemingly intractable pain patterns with minimal force and no discomfort. Areas of focus include the hips, knees, ankles, feet, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and hands. Students will also explore femur and tibia overrides—patterns that can create the appearance of leg length differences—and learn how Ortho-Bionomy uniquely addresses pain and imbalance in the joints of both the upper and lower extremities.
